02Our Services
We provide digital marketing services including website design and development, social media management and marketing, graphic design and content creation, video editing and reels, Meta and Google Ads, SEO and GEO optimization, WhatsApp marketing and email marketing. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for each client are defined in the proposal, quotation or agreement shared with that client.
03Fees & Payment
- Plan fees are billed monthly in advance.
- Prices shown on the website are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
- Advertising spend (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) is separate from our fees and is paid directly by the client to the platform.
- Delayed payments may result in a pause of services until dues are cleared.
04Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to accounts, content, approvals and information needed to deliver the services.
- Ensure that all materials you provide (logos, images, text) are owned by you or properly licensed.
- Review and approve campaigns, creatives and content within reasonable timelines.
05Results Disclaimer
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms, competition, market conditions and budget. While we work to deliver the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Results shown on our website are examples and may not be typical.
06Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them (such as designs, website files and content), unless agreed otherwise. We may retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. Third-party tools, themes, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
07Cancellation & Refunds
Monthly plans may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees for work already started or completed are non-refundable. Specific terms in a signed agreement take precedence over this section.
08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEBM SOLUTION is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or account suspensions by advertising platforms.
09Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
